Cancellation Policy (please read carefully)
Our standard cancellation policy (for guest house) is strictly 48 hours. If you need to cancel, you must do so by 4 pm, 2 days before arrival or you will be charged for the first or first and second nights. Failure to cancel before arrival will result in the FULL BOOKING being charged so please be certain to let us know of any change of plan.
If you book 3 rooms or more or the apartment, you will be charged a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance of the payment will be due 14 days before arrival, at which point the whole booking becomes non-refundable. ALL DEPOSITS STRICTLY NON REFUNDABLE.
We realise that some circumstances are inevitable and exceptional, so we strongly recommend that you travel with the right insurance.
As lovely as we are, we are a very small business, and cannot be flexible with cancellation rules. Please be aware of this before you book.
Booking direct through us is always cheaper. Agents and booking websites charge us a hefty commission so when you book with us using our website, we always share the saving with you.

The Amadeus can be booked for events as a whole from £750.00 per night. Whole house bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights. Payment terms are 25% non refundable deposit when booking, Balance 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation terms for group bookings are 30 days minimum, though we appreciate as much notice as possible.
We do not cater for STAG/HEN type groups.
